1. Contest Overview
Sayre Health Center (SHC) is hosting a Social Media Contest to help promote the SHC Community Fair.
Participants are invited to create and post their own poster, photo, or video about the SHC Community Fair on social media.
The participant whose post receives the most verified views will win.
Winners will be announced at the SHC Community Fair on May 2, 2026.

• DJ Music
• Celebrity Entertainment
• Health Screenings
• Community Activities

3. Contest Prizes
1st Place — $1,000
2nd Place — $500
3rd Place — $250
Winners will be announced at the Community Fair event.
Participants do not need to be present to win, but are encouraged to attend.

4. How to Enter
1. Create an original post, poster, or video promoting the SHC Community Fair.
2. Post the content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube.
3. Include the required hashtags:
#SHCCommunityFair
#SayreHealthCenter
4. Posts must be public so views can be verified.

5. Contest Deadline
All entries must be posted by:
May 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM
Posts must remain public and visible until the winners are announced.

6. How Winners Are Determined
Multiple videos/content can be posted and the winners will be determined based on the highest # of verified views of all their content for the SHC Community Fair.
Remember, Posts must be public so views can be verified.
May 2 at midnight, we will post what the highest number of views are. If you feel that you have a higher number of views and to ensure the correct people are listed as 1st , 2nd, and 3rd place winners; Participants must submit the following:
• Link to their post(s)
• Screenshot of their view count
Recount Submission deadline:
May 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM
Sayre Health Center reserves the right to verify view counts.

7. Content Guidelines
Posts must:
• Promote the SHC Community Fair
• Be appropriate and respectful
• Not contain offensive or harmful content
• Not contain false or misleading information
SHC reserves the right to disqualify any post that violates these guidelines.

8. Fair Play Policy
Participants may not use bots, paid view farms, or artificial methods to increase views.
Any entry suspected of artificial view manipulation may be disqualified.

9. Permission to Share
By entering the contest, participants grant Sayre Health Center permission to:
• Repost their content
• Share their content on SHC social media
• Use the content to promote the Community Fair

10. Contest Integrity & Final Decision Clause
Sayre Health Center reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules or that attempts to manipulate contest results.
All decisions regarding eligibility, rule interpretation, verification of views, and selection of winners are final and at the sole discretion of Sayre Health Center.
Participation in the contest constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
