Outreach Manager/MCU Coordinator
Exploring different countries and building new relationships with people abroad in her free time. The mother of three received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland eastern shore in Family and Consumer science. Imani has a passion for working with people in undeserve communities and has been in the field for 16 years. Being with her Sayre Health Center family for the last year has allowed her to build rapports with several organizations and the West Philadelphia community as a whole.
Nana A. Atiah, MS
Received her Bachelors in English with a Minor in Political Science from Rutgers University, as well as her Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute. She has over 6+ years working in the Non-Profit Industry with experience in teaching middle, high school, and adult aged populations.
Fun Fact: A mother of one and bilingual.

My name is Larry Kendrick. I am the Community Outreach Coordinator at Sayre Health Center. I enjoy doing the work I do because it allows me to build healthy relationships, address social needs within my community, and get more involved within my community.

Wednesday: No Classes
Thursday: Dance Class, 10:00am - 11:00am; Hood Healers Yoga,3:30pm - 4:30pm
Friday: Boxing & Fitness, 10:30am - 11:30am

Social Club Talks
Social Club Talks is a bi-weekly safe space hosted in our Community Center. In this space we bring the community and our healthcare providers together in order to work through tough conversations around the spectrum of health. We want to keep these conversations going to inspire the West Philadelphia Community to feel safe when having conversations with their health care providers
This Summer we are hosting a Summer Program in Partnership with Harcum College Upward Bound. We are helping students achieve a Future Focused Mindset. In this we are helping the students build a vision for their long term and immediate future. After that we will, give them the tools to build their vehicle that they can drive to success. We will also take them on trips to help them enjoy the summer.
