Covid-19 Testing with Sayre Health Center

Sayre Health Center offers PCR and Antigen Rapid Tests Covid-19 at no cost to patients.

Location:

The testing site is located at 227 S. 59th Street, in Sayre High School's school yard.

Parking:

Individuals may park in our lot or on the street wherever there are spaces available and proceed to parking lot of Sayre Health Center for walk–up testing in our trailer.

Drive-Through:

No drive through available

Registration: Please use the following link: https://www.communitycovidtest.com to pre – register. 

Pre – registration is NOT required 

Pre-registration is not setting up an appointment, ALL Covid testing is walk up. 

What to Bring:

If you have insurance, please bring your most recent card.

ALL insured and uninsured individuals are welcome.

Monday Wednesday Friday:

8:30 AM - 12 PM

Closed from 12-1 pm for Lunch

1:00PM - 4:30 PM

RAPID TEST END AT 11:30AM AND 4:00PM

Saturday: CLOSED

Sunday: CLOSED
